How to get KRS excerpt for free step by step
Go to Polish government website:
Choose the database you will search in
- Choose "Przedsiębiorcy" for legal entities - here you will find all LLC's and other companies and corporations.
or
- Choose "Stowarzyszenia, inne (...)" for associations, registered charities and other.
Note, that in KRS register you will not find sole proprietorships (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza - JDG) nor civil law partnerships (spółka cywilna). There are about 2,5 mln of this kind of entities in Poland, mostly individual and micro sized companies. These ones you can find in CEIDG register.
Enter at least one piece of information about the company you are looking for
- KRS ID (numer KRS),
- VAT ID (NIP),
- company ID (REGON),
- company name (Nazwa).
Click "Wyszukaj" (search)
Find the company you are interested in and click on its KRS number (Numer KRS)
Download the excerpt with the data of the company
For current data - under "Informacje aktualne" click "Pobierz PDF".
Alternatively, you can also choose to download excerpt with full history of changes - in this case under "Informacje pełne" click "Pobierz PDF".
Unfortunately currently there is no possibility do download excerpts in other language than polish.
